I’m Bill, founder of Strike House Performance Ltd.
Boxing has been a major part of my life for over 15 years. I started competing at 18 and went on to box at amateur level in domestic and international tournaments, including King of the Ring in Boras, Sweden. Over that time, my passion has developed from simply competing to helping others improve their boxing, fitness and confidence.
Alongside boxing, I’ve spent more than a decade as a qualified teacher, working across primary, secondary, SEND and post-16 education. Much of my work has involved supporting young people struggling with behaviour, confidence, engagement or direction, using boxing as a way to manage emotions, build trust and reconnect.
That combination of boxing and education is what Strike House is built around.
Today, I work with adults who want to get fit and learn to box properly, athletes looking to improve their performance, and young people who may benefit from structure, challenge and positive guidance.
My own teenage years weren’t always straightforward. Boxing gave me structure, standards and direction at an important time in my life. It’s one of the reasons I understand how powerful the right coach and the right environment can be.
There are no egos, no intimidation and no one-size-fits-all sessions. Just good coaching, high standards and an environment where people are expected — and supported — to improve.
Boxing. Fitness. Mindset.
Coaching that goes beyond the gloves.
